This Privacy Notice (our “Privacy Notice”) describes the types of information we may collect, use, maintain, protect, disclose, or otherwise process about you when you visit our CarrierForge websites that include this Privacy Notice (each, a “Website”), when you use our mobile applications downloaded from an official mobile application store (each, an “App”), or offline via telephone (“Phone”) to either learn more about us or to use our services that assist you in filing permits and applications to state and federal transportation regulators, either on an CarrierForge-assisted or self-service basis, and our related services for commercial trucking (such services, the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, disclosing, or otherwise processing that information. Unless otherwise specified, all references to “Services” includes any access to our Services through the Website, Phone, or App.

This policy applies to Personal Information we collect:

  • on or through our Website or Apps;
  • via Phone communications when you provide Personal Information to us;
  • in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our CarrierForge;
  • when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy; and
  • any other information we may collect about you offline when you use our Services.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • us through any other means, including on any other website operated by CarrierForge or any third-party (including our parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries);
  • us or any of our affiliates or subsidiaries related to your or any other individual’s employment or potential employment with us; or
  • any third party (including our parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries or any federal, state, or local government agency), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Websites or Apps.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any Personal Data to or on the Services. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect the following types of Personal Data directly from you when you access or use our Services: real name, home/work postal address, home/work email address, home/work telephone number, social security number, drivers’ license or other state-issued ID number, credit or debit card number (tokenized), financial information (tokenized), insurance information, title, employer name, employment history, age, birthdate, race, color, citizenship, gender, veteran or military status, history of criminal convictions, fingerprints, faceprints, voiceprints, records of government-issued licenses, permits, registrations, and applications you already have or obtain outside of the Services, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline. In addition, we also collect other types of information that you may provide when you fill out a form or through your correspondence with us. Where necessary, we will obtain affirmative consent from you before collecting any biometric information, such as fingerprints, faceprints, or voiceprints.
